Crossfit Games WOD 1

Well done everyone who competed this morning. Great results for Crossfit Hill and great stuff by Moe getting a score that has her coming 11th in all of Australia at present. Those who did the WOD now need to log on to Crossfit.com and then go to the Crossfit games link and register. After you register enter score and put your affiliate down as Crossfit Hill. Well done and thanks for joining in all participants and spectators as you made it an awesome atmosphere and lots of fun ( once the pulse rate got below 200). Make sure you register and enter your score ASAP.
