In teams of 4:

SDHP 35/25kg
Box Jumps
Burpees
Backsquats 35/25
400 meter round between each set and team mates can not move on to each excercise until everyone finished their excercise.

FRIDAY

Squat cleans 10 reps 60/40kg
60 Situups
8 squat cleans 60/40kg
50 Situps
6 Squat cleans
40 Situps
4 Squat Cleans
30 Situps
2 Squat Cleans
20 Situps

SATURDAY

6 rounds for time:

30 pushups
45 squats
